Do you offer assistance with software installation?

We offer a software installation support session for Minecraft Modding with Java (10-12 and 13-17).  You will receive information about the Support Session via email on the Thursday prior to the first day of class. This email will also contain a video walkthrough of the installation process. 

For all other courses, your child’s instructor can assist with software installation during class. To find instructions for software installation you can log into your “My Account” and click on “Go Now” next to the line titled “Pre-Session Installation”.

Please note that our Program Specialists will be unable to assist with software installation.
