Do you offer assistance with software installation?

To find instructions for software installation, you can log into your My Account and click on “Go Now” next to the line titled “Pre-Session Installation." We recommend installing the software ahead of camp, but your child’s instructor can assist with software installation during class. 

Please note that our Program Specialists will be unable to assist with software installation.
