Do you offer technical support?
If your student is in the middle of their camp week and they need technical support, their instructor will be able to assist them during class. Outside of this time, we are not able to provide technical support.
We are not able to offer technical support after the camp week has ended. If your student needs additional support once their class has ended and you prefer to get that support from iD Tech, we recommend considering our Online Private Lesson program. With Online Private Lessons, our instructors can not only make attempts to resolve technical issues, but they can use any leftover time to dive deeper into the subject matter they are learning about.
