You have the flexibility to modify your course as many times as you like—without any fees—up to 28 days before your session starts!
If you need to cancel before March 1st, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. If you cancel on or after March 1st but still 28+ days before your session, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less: the Safety and Compliance Fee, any payment plan fees, and a cancellation fee of $250 for each week of the Program cancelled.
Within 28 days of your session start date, changes are subject to a fee, and no refunds are provided for cancellations. If you cancel an On-Campus Program, lunch, or overnight accommodations within this window, you will be charged 100% of the price. If you used a payment plan, all remaining scheduled payments will remain due and payable.
Additionally, no refunds, credits, or makeup days are provided for missed sessions or withdrawals once a program has started.
