How do I pause or cancel my subscription for Online Private Lessons?

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at anytime. To pause or cancel your subscription, please follow the directions below.

Please note that all Online Private Lessons that have been purchased are non-refundable upon purchase. You can view our iD Tech Online Terms & Conditions for more information.

1. Log into My Account and scroll down the page looking for "Online Private Lessons" with the subtext "Buy or Schedule lessons". Please click the black "Go now" button to enter the Online Private Lessons section of your account.

 

2. Select your child's name from the dropdown menu (only applies to accounts with multiple students). The My Subscription(s) section below the student's name will be present.

Please note: this section will not be visible if there is no active or paused subscription on the account.




3. Please click on the "View Details" button next to the Subscription's details to view all actions you can take with your subscription. You will see both the Pause and Cancel buttons on the right hand side of the options. You will have the option to pause your subscription for 1 - 3 months. Select the desired length of time to pause your subscription and click "Pause subscription". You will receive an emailed confirmation of the pause action as well.





4. You will now see your subscription has been paused. Please note the date of your next billing as the card on file will be automatically charged on this date.



5. To cancel your subscription, click on the "Cancel subscription" button and confirm your cancellation in the pop-up window. Cancelling your subscription will stop all future purchases from that subscription. To purchase a new subscription, click here.
