What happens if I miss a payment?
Missed payments can be completed by logging into your My Account and going to the “Billing” section. Click on the “Go now” button underneath the “Billing Information” section option to find information about your payment method, payment plans, and missed payments. To process your missed payment with your payment method on file, click the button at the bottom of the page labeled “Process missed payments”.

Does iD Tech qualify for payment through a 529 plan?
No, iD Tech is not considered an eligible institution for the purposes for a 529 plan, and they will not be accepted for our programs.
If I have a balance due, how do I pay?
Families have the option to pay in full at the time of registration, or, they can participate in our Payment Plans available throughout the season! Payments may be made online via My Account or by calling 1-888-709-8324.
