What happens if I miss a payment?
Missed payments can be completed by logging into your My Account and going to the “Billing” section.
Click on the “Go now” button underneath the “Billing Information” section option to find information about your payment method, payment plans, and missed payments. To process your missed payment with your payment method on file, click the button at the bottom of the page labeled “Process missed payments”.
