What is the cancellation policy for Online Teen Academy courses?
The tuition paid is non-refundable from the time of registration. Changes to your registration can be made up to 48 hours before the start of each Online Teen Academy session via your My Account.
If you would like assistance in making any changes to your course and/or date, please send us an email at hello@idtech.com with the following details: Your My Account username (e-mail)
Your child’s name
The name of the course you wish to change
The name of desired course (changing to)
Start time of day, time zone, and start date of desired course
You are also welcome to call our Client Services team at 1-888-709-8324 during business hours for live assistance.
To secure your preferred course and date, please notify us at least 2 weeks before the start of your session.
