What is the cancellation policy for iD Teen Academies?
You have the flexibility to modify your course as many times as you like—without any fees—up to 28 days before your session starts!
If you need to cancel before March 1st, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. If you cancel after March 1st but still 28+ days before your session, you will receive a refund less the additional fees (if applicable) and a $250 cancellation charge per week ($500 total per two-week Academy session).
Within 28 days of your session start date, changes are subject to a fee, and no refunds are provided for cancellations.

Please note that cancellation of lunch, overnight, or weekend accommodations made within 28 days of a program will result in a forfeiture of the amounts paid for those extras. Any increases in charges will be due immediately at the time of the change.
