If you need to cancel before March 1st, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. If you cancel on or after March 1st but still 28+ days before your session, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less: the Safety and Compliance Fee, any payment plan fees, and a cancellation fee of $250 for each week of the Program cancelled ($500 total per two-week Academy session).
Within 28 days of your session start date, changes are subject to a fee, and no refunds are provided for cancellations. If you cancel an On-Campus Program, lunch, or overnight accommodations within this window, you will be charged 100% of the price. If you used a payment plan, all remaining scheduled payments will remain due and payable.
Additionally, no refunds, credits, or makeup days are provided for missed sessions or withdrawals once an Academy has started.
