What is your cancellation policy for On-Campus Summer Programs?

You may cancel an On-Campus course up until 14 days prior to the start of that course. If you cancel prior to this window, you will receive a refund of amounts paid to date less any non-refundable payment plan fees and a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount for each program. On-Campus programs cannot be refunded within 14 days of the course start date. 

Deposit amount per program:
  1. Weeklong iD Tech Camps: $250 per registration
  2. Two-Week iD  Teen Academies: $500 per registration

Please note that cancellation of lunch or overnight accommodations made within 14 days of a program will result in a forfeiture of the amounts paid for those extras. Any increases in charges will be due immediately at the time of the change.
