Why am I encountering an error when logging in?

If you're getting an error message, your email address may be associated with multiple accounts or misspelled. Try using the email you created at the time of registration. Once you log in, please update your primary email address under "Profile."

Clearing the cache on your browser may resolve the problem as well.
