You will receive an email directly from UPS once your hardware is shipped.
If you purchased multiple hardware items, you will receive one combined shipping email.

Can my kids share one headset?
Yes, they can share a headset! Please note that If there is a second student in the lesson, they will need to share the same account on the headset. Only one account can be connected to the headset.
Will my child receive homework?
If requested, the instructor can provide additional projects outside the lesson; however, there is no assigned “homework,” as private lessons are tailored to fit each of our students' preferences.
Where will my hardware be sent?
Your hardware will be shipped to the mailing address listed in your My Account. Please note, we can only ship to addresses based in the U.S. and can not ship to P.O. boxes.
