I lost my Micro SD Card. What can I do?

Micro SD Cards commonly fall between the reader and the side of the unit. We suggest you unplug the unit and then unscrew the side panel to locate the MicroSD card.

If this is not the case, your best option is to purchase a new one. When purchasing a replacement MicroSD card, please make sure that it is not labeled HC (High Capacity) as it may not be compatible with the printer. The card must be smaller than 4GB in size. You can find a replacement Micro SD card at Amazon or Best Buy.
